OUR SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please kindly note that the quality of the item you are buying cannot be guaranteed. We only deliver to you what we received.
- We don’t test products received, hence we cannot guarantee all electronic products to function exactly as you would like them to function.
- After your payment has been made and confirmed, we will proceed to pay for your goods. Please note that we will have to wait for the suppliers to send your goods to us (local delivery) before we will ship down.
- Please note that there will not be refund of shipping fee if any item is delayed. Delays caused by custom clearance, bad weather are all beyond our control.
- If your item got damaged during the time of shipping, 50% cost of the damaged product will be refunded. Please note that shipping fee will not be refunded.
- You are required to pick up your goods within 3 days upon receiving the pickup text from us. Failure to pick up within this period attracts a demurrage fee of N500 per day.
- Please ensure to cross check your goods in our office before you leave. If you noticed any issue, please report it while you are still in our office. Any issue reported after you have left the office will not be attended to.
- Cash payment in the office is not allowed. Ensure to make your payment before coming for pick up to avoid delay.
- Please note that failure to pick up your goods after one month of receipt of pick up text will result to such goods being auctioned.
